Lobster Thermidor
Ingredients:
2 lobster tails – in shells
salt to taste
½ tsp nutmeg
1 ½ tsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp lemon juice
½ tsp shallots, finely chopped
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
3 tsp white wine
¼ cup whipping cream
Preparation:
Rub fish with oil and season with salt, pepper and curry
Place on a hot barbecue for about 5 minutes each side
Serve immediately
Serves 1 or 2.
Great with: parsley potatoes, or potato salad, or rice, peas
