Oysters “Hy’s & Feller”
Ingredients:
3 pcs oysters in half shell
salt & pepper to taste
fresh baby spinach
cooked bacon
gruyere cheese, grated
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350º F
Wilt spinach in a pan on the stove with a little olive oil
Season with salt and pepper
Place bacon on top of oyster, then top with spinach and cheese
Bake in oven for about 7 minutes
Serves 1.
Great with: Parsley potatoes, or potato salad, or rice, and red beets
