Grouper with Curry
Ingredients:
8 oz grouper steak of fillet
salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp curry powder
Preparation:
Rub fish with oil and season with salt, pepper and curry
Place on a hot barbecue for about 5 minutes each side
Serve immediately
Serves 1 or 2.
Great with: parsley potatoes, or baked potatoes, or potato salead, or rice, peas
